Egypt’s Morsi delcares state of emergency after weekend violence
Associated Press: Egypt’s President Mohamed Morsi declared a 30-day state of emergency in three Suez Canal cities after weekend violence left more than 50 dead.
Morsi also issued a curfew in Port Said, Ismailiya and Suez. The region has been rocked by both political clashes and riots relating to the death sentences handed down by a judge for soccer match violence in February 2012.
