North Korea threatens rocket, nuclear tests with US as target
Reuters: North Korea is threatening to conduct rocket and nuclear tests that will target the United States.
The statement from North Korea’s National Defense Commission comes after the UN condemned North Korea and expanded sanctions in retaliation for the regime’s rocket launch in December.
