Remains of Yasser Arafat exhumed
AP: Experts exhumed the grave of the former Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat on Tuesday in a bid to find out more about his death. A new investigation was sparked into Arafat’s death earlier this year after a trace of a fatal radioactive substance was found on his clothing.
Arafat died in a French military hospital in November 2004 after abruptly falling ill only a month prior. Palestinian officials claim that Arafat was poisoned by Israel.
