Typhoon Sanba slams Philippines, Japan
NBC News: Typhoon Sanba caused major flooding and evacuations in the Philippines before heading to Japan’s Okinawa Island.
Around 300 families were forced to evacuate in Manila, where some streets were flooded by six feet of water. Okinawa is currently experiencing 60 mph winds and heavy rain from the storm.
