Hurricane Isaac makes landfall in Louisiana
NBC News: Hurricane Isaac made landfall for two hours Tuesday evening on southeastern Louisiana before rotating back out to sea.
The storm is expected to bring up to 20 inches of rain to the area over the next two days. More than 200,000 statewide in Louisiana are without power, according to the state’s homeland security department.
