NBC News projects that Mitt Romney will win the Texas Republican primary, giving him enough delegates required for nomination. He won’t earn the official nod until August’s Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida. 

AP, CNN and Fox News also report that Romney has clinched the Republican nomination for president.
