North Korea: Nuclear weapons are ‘the nation’s life’

NBC News: North Korea released a statement Sunday calling its nuclear weapons “the nation’s life” that won’t be traded even for “billions of dollars.”

The statement came after a meeting of the central committee of the ruling Workers’ Party, which was attended by North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un and other officials. On Saturday, North Korea said it was entering a “state of war” with South Korea.
